B.Com is the most popular course. The students opting for this degree are exposed to learning managerial skills, building competence in areas of business .It emphasizes on building up managerial skills and knowledge of students about the streams like banking, financial services, business and commercial laws and accounting. This program educates students broadly in preparation for multiple careers

Eligibility for B.COM Honours

A Candidate Having passed at least +2 examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 33% marks in the aggregate in case of commerce students who have passed 10+2 examination

OR

40% for the students who have opted for two of the following commerce subjects in 10+2 (a) Accountancy (b) Business Studies (c) Economics (d) Mathematics (e) Office Management and Secretarial Practice (f) Principle and Practice of Insurance (g) Tax Procedure and Practice.

OR

45% for other candidates

DURATION OF COURSE

The duration of the course is of three years i.e. six semesters.
