In compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the College has duly constituted the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
The Internal Complaints Committee is dedicated to upholding the dignity, safety, and well-being of all members of the college community, including students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and other employees. The Committee provides a confidential, impartial, and time-bound mechanism for the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace.
The ICC also undertakes awareness and sensitization initiatives to promote gender equality, mutual respect, and ethical conduct, thereby fostering a safe, inclusive, and harmonious academic environment within the institution.
Any aggrieved woman student or employee may approach the Internal Complaints Committee with confidence, assured of fairness, sensitivity, and confidentiality throughout the redressal process.
